The product is what I expected and suits me well, but the delivery time was neither fast nor close access as announced. The desired relay point next to my home did not work - I learned since that this is the case in July and August for several years / no package reception during the summer period - why is this information not integrated into the online system when we are asked to choose a relay point?, and the new relay point chosen later by the carrier was significantly further away.
