Ordered on August 10, my package got lost (thanks to the post!!!). Having paid via PayPal, I requested a refund for my order which I never received and this seller is dragging out the refund just because I filed a complaint via PayPal. Very disappointed especially since he argues that the problem would have been resolved if I hadn't opened a PayPal dispute and now that I have opened it, we have to wait for the end of the procedure, which is totally false because if the seller refunds via PayPal, the dispute is closed immediately.

Indeed, we offered you a refund or a reshipment as soon as you communicated the problem to us. You opened a dispute, blocking the management of funds at PayPal. We invited you to suspend this dispute in order to either reship your order or refund the funds. Why this request? Because closing the dispute requires the good faith of the buyer and cannot be assimilated by PayPal. Seeing our response you thought that we did not want to resolve this dispute at all, and you forwarded the case to PayPal, blocking the amicable resolution. Having made this choice we decided to follow your will and let PayPal do its job. We systematically offer, even when the problem comes from the carrier, an amicable resolution (refund or reshipment of the order). After verification today, PayPal is supposed to give its response on 29/09/23. We could have resolved this dispute within 48 hours... We renew our regrets regarding your dissatisfaction (justified in view of the non-delivery of the package) however we cannot agree with you on the lack of consideration of your dispute by our services. The received order is incomplete. Place des vetos refuses to send or refund the product that would be out of stock. Beware of false commercial offers on their site. Lamentable customer service, inability to recover your money.

I was able to easily find the products (without a prescription of course) that I was looking for. The prices are average, quite affordable. The delivery is just top-notch: order placed on Monday and received on Thursday. So really nothing to complain about in terms of timing. The only thing one might regret is the minimal price difference between delivery to a pickup point and home delivery, but the shipping rates, overall, are below those offered on other sites. So... the choice is quickly made anyway.
