Upon investigating your file, we found that you placed your order on Friday the 7th in the late afternoon, which means that, as specified on our website, the order was prepared and shipped on Monday, November 10th. The package was then dropped off on November 14th at the selected pickup point. Therefore, we are within the announced timeframe of 3 to 4 days for Mondial Relay. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your kitten went through a difficult period and that you would have liked to be delivered faster for your dewormer. However, the ordering conditions and the selected carrier could in no way meet your expectations. We remain an online store for veterinary products. We cannot and do not want to replace the work of a veterinarian in any way. If your kitten had a significant fever, it is possible that the treatment, even received on Saturday, may not be sufficient to curb this.

For my first order, I was a bit worried about the delivery because I also work with Mondial Relay, unlike my packages which are either dropped off at partner stores or by myself in a locker. I found it strange that I received an email saying it had left when it was still with you on Mondial because your intermediary does not drop off the package directly but says it has left if I receive this email. Personally, not great, and I was surprised at the finalization of the purchase. Initially, we were at 12 euros and in the end at 19. You should directly include the price with VAT during our purchases and not at the finalization. Fortunately, I am below the veterinary price. After that, it’s a choice if it’s really urgent or not.
