Good evening, your products are good but I am absolutely not happy with the transport part. I paid for urgent delivery for 04/07 while my order was placed on 02/07/25. I was only delivered on 08/07 without anyone getting back to me to indicate if there was a problem. Nothing, and when I sent an email worrying about the non-delivery on 07/07, well barely an apology and no commercial gesture proposed. I had placed another order on another site the same day and had the same issue except that they apologized and opened a dispute file and offered me 2 choices to remedy the non-fulfillment of the delivery on time. I am used to Produits-veto.com but this time it doesn't work.

We apologise for the issues with these parcels. We have just contacted the carrier again regarding delivery times. We have also contacted our account manager at Colissimo to speed up the resolution of these issues.

As you know, this is beyond our control. As previously stated, you can deal directly with the carrier by arranging for them to collect the parcels from our premises. We ship orders for some customers via UPS or DHL. This allows you to use the carrier of your choice, with a direct contract and favourable pricing terms.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

These are really very dangerous medications because my 1-year-old cat died due to these medications according to the autopsy I have filed a complaint against the company that created these medications and others of the same brand and also against other people who lost their pets due to these medications I request to be reimbursed before I file a complaint
