I found it strange that I received an email saying it had left when it was still with you on Mondial because your intermediary does not drop off the package directly but says it has left if I receive this email. Personally, not great, and I was surprised at the finalization of the purchase. Initially, we were at 12 euros and in the end at 19. You should directly include the price with VAT during our purchases and not at the finalization. Fortunately, I am below the veterinary price. After that, it’s a choice if it’s really urgent or not. The delivery is very complicated. It is not delivered on site. It is very difficult to go pick it up, as my daughter has to go there in person and she is often traveling. We missed the last delivery and it was returned!
