Until now never had any issues, but this time the delivery was via Mondial Relay, and when I entered the code the locker was empty. I contacted Mondial Relay, too complicated to request a refund. If my next order goes through Mondial Relay again, I will refrain.

YES! regarding the site Produits-veto.com which ensures impeccable commercial follow-up on time ... and NO! because their carrier COLISSIMO could not explain the risks of international transport in Asia where the incoterm must automatically be DDP to ensure home delivery with signature to avoid the risk of seeing the package blocked in a customs center hundreds of km from the final destination, an obligation imposed on the local Thai correspondent EMS THAILAND by Thai laws. Too bad! with COLISSIMO it's guaranteed BAZAAR for export! given my 25 years of experience in Commercial Management in the chemical industry in FRANCE!
