Very satisfied with the product and I recommend it, except there is a small issue, the product has a bit of a strong smell otherwise it works very well

No call, no explanation until I was concerned about the slow delivery. Delivered 3 weeks after ordering, although I've never had a problem with delivery times. On the contrary, it was fast, within 3 days. I hope this is just an isolated episode. Otherwise quality products
