Abosloutly the Best in VR accessories!!!

Unfortunately the solution protube has for the index is not particularly compelling. the cups for the quest that came with my vrml Phoenix stock (one of the giveaways) feel and look fantastic. Unfortunately when it comes to the index cups, the print quality is pretty poor with little bits of filament not properly adhered and layer lines which are quite ugly (especially on the flexible bits). This would be an easy detail to look past if I was satisfied for how these cups work with the index knuckles controllers. unfortunately they feel strange because of the way the mount is offset from the cups and no matter what i did it felt like i couldnt get these cups to easily mount to the stock. Beyond this, the cups themselves are scary to put on and leave scratches on the capacitive finger tracking grip of the index which is just too much of a risk than im willing to take especially with valve discontinuing manufacture of index and its associated products.

The Gen 3 ProVolver Pistol is a game changer with its ability to have recoil and rumble haptics that can be used in any VR shooting game. A must have.

Ordered the protubeVR Prostraps for quest 3 alongside some spare parts to build a second magtube gunstuck. As a long term customer i am really pleased to see that the Quality has massively approved since i first bought parts (for quest 1).

I wanted to update my previous review because the situation turned out completely different from what I originally thought. The reason I never heard back from support wasn’t that the team ignored me, it was because my browser’s security settings blocked my original help requests on their website, so they never even received it. Once I realized that and tried again using a different browser, I got a quick response. At first I was pissed cuz I fely like no one was getting back to me, but I admit it was my issue, my bad. I want to aplogize for leaving a harsh review the first time, I'm more than happy top correct it now though. After that, Sephrooth reached out to me personally on Discord and was awesome to work with. He walked me through everything and helped me solve a separate Bluetooth issue that had been causing connection problems with my ProVolver. Now that everything’s working the way it should, the ProVolver has been absolutely solid, the haptic feedback, weight balance, and immersion in VR shooters is addicting. I can't say enough good things abouit it. If you ever contact them and don’t hear back after a day or two, definitely try submitting your request again using a different browser it could just be a security setting blocking it. Big thanks to Sephrooth for the help and professionalism. The product and the team both deserve credit for standing behind their gear. I friggen love this thing abnd will be buying the new model so I can review it on my channel. I llok forward to it. Sephooth, thanks again my man, somone give that guy a raise over there!!

Cups cracked after 2 years and we're replaced by ProtubeVR without hesitation - awesome customer service!

Regarding the product (quality/practicality) and delivery (speed), I have no complaints. As for the website, I find it regrettable that prices are displayed excluding tax and especially without clearly stating it (a little surprise at the finalization of the order). And concerning the MagTube for Quest 3, I would have appreciated being informed that it was necessary to disable hand tracking for it to work properly (the controller loses the pedals for a few seconds every time it is magnetized), which would have saved me hours of searching online for the source of the problem.

I upgraded my gunstock to fit my new headset and ordered all the parts in gray, as there was a sale going on at the moment and I've been waiting for the compatible parts for a while. When they were finally released I was happy to be able to finally order them. Anyways, the controller "sockets" and the "sholder mount" part fit perfectly with my gray headset color-wise. Unfortunately they feel a bit cheap, as they seem were rough on the surface so they feel a little strange on the cheek / in the hands. It's nothing you can't get used to after a bit, but I guess sanding them a little more would have gone a long way. So that's why I've deducted one star, but otherwise the ProTube Gunstocks I had so far were still amazing to play with and way better than without a gunstock.

My son is very happy. The price is high, but the quality is excellent.

I am very satisfied with the overall quality, but I hope that the price of the product will not be added when it is sent in the future, because I was charged an additional tariff of nearly $25 before arriving at the destination. This is too expensive.

Surprised that the pivotpoint was a flexibel rubber unit instrad of a mecanical structure. This make the end af travel flexibel. Not sure if that is a good or bad design only further use will show if good or bad design.

I was happy enough with the bits I ordered but not with the customer service I recieved when asking what I should do as 2 of my butterflly parts have broken and when I look at your web site it says they are expensive and to contact customer service which I have done twice now with no reply, I was also going to ask for a few more ridged washers or whatever they are called and some o-rings to give my protube carbom a bit of a service

Quest three protest joysticks The joysticks were great, but on both my left and right joysticks after only a month the flexible rubber shaft failed and tore in half I tried to get support online, but the website would not take my order number and let me complete the documents I had to order and pay for replacement parts

Perfect for real feel better than remote handset

My shopping experience was great. The only thing I was not toooo happy about is the lack of games that the haptic buttstock actually works with. So I modified my stock to take the adjustable cheek rest to mimic what "SCOPEOG" uses. Anter that, perfect. I would have ordered from you guys. Just couldn't seem to find the single cheek rest option. I'd rate your gunstock as 5 star. The adjustability for any game I rock is second to non. I would recommend the Protube to anyone in the VR community.
