My son is very happy. The price is high, but the quality is excellent.
I am very satisfied with the overall quality, but I hope that the price of the product will not be added when it is sent in the future, because I was charged an additional tariff of nearly $25 before arriving at the destination. This is too expensive.
These fees are the customer's responsibility, and charged upon entering destination country. Our website is not set up to facilitate calculating, and charging import fees at check out, and subsequently paying them for the customer when they reach the destination country. The more you shop sites who primarily ship from the EU, Asia, etc., the more you will notice this is how the majority of places handle these fees.
We follow the universally set standard for how visible this information is, and you will find such information similarly visible on pretty much any other international retail website.

Surprised that the pivotpoint was a flexibel rubber unit instrad of a mecanical structure. This make the end af travel flexibel. Not sure if that is a good or bad design only further use will show if good or bad design.
Perfect for real feel better than remote handset
My shopping experience was great. The only thing I was not toooo happy about is the lack of games that the haptic buttstock actually works with. So I modified my stock to take the adjustable cheek rest to mimic what "SCOPEOG" uses. Anter that, perfect. I would have ordered from you guys. Just couldn't seem to find the single cheek rest option. I'd rate your gunstock as 5 star. The adjustability for any game I rock is second to non. I would recommend the Protube to anyone in the VR community.

It can be affirmed as an accessory that guarantees the most elaborate and stable grip in ping pong, tennis racket grip, and instrumental performance game grip.
Short and Simple! Protube is the absolute best in there feild. There products are untouchable and unbeatable. Don't waste your money on Amazon or any other company that claims they are the best! If youre not first, youre last! And ProTubeVR is definitely first!!
My controller fly right out of the grips. even if i push it super hard into it, it still came off of it.
The controllers are held in by friction, and it is recommended to wipe them down before inserting into the mounts. If using SWINGiT or ProSaber, regularly inspect the controllers and push them in again as far as you can to ensure maximum friction. When used correctly, controllers should not easily fly out.
Lastly, all our mounts come with a black insert layer that protects the controller from the rough interior of the mount, and helps produce maximum friction. If for whatever reason your mount is missing this insert, the controller will not stay in place as intended. If you reach out through support on the website we send a replacement ASAP covered by warranty.
Good products and after sale services, recommended.

I have to say that the customer support it top notch. I had to replace a controller cup on my Magtube that had a crack in it and just after 20-30 minutes I received an E-Mail stating that my replacement was being prepared (and 2-3 days for shipping). So thank you for the incredible support.

Perfect, honestly a good product, the only downside for me is the fixings, maybe try a sliding system (for shotguns for example, it could be useful) But apart from that detail, the rest is top top 🙂
I reiterate what I mentioned in the product review:
The most commonly used method (shared on our Discord) is to adjust the tightening of the front controller support to allow for smooth forward and backward movement on the tube, without lateral play when detaching the cup. This requires a small adjustment, but it is currently the most popular solution among users.
This applies to both the MagTube gunstock and the ForceTube haptic gunstock.

I love the metal one I hated the plastic one I had
I only received one right-hand product for the controllers, it was the top attachment. It would have been nice to have both right and left hands??
I reiterate what I said about your review regarding the attachments as spare parts:
It is indeed on our side that it is lacking. The current lateral option allows you to choose between left hand or right hand, but not the complete pair. And the current visuals can indeed be misleading. We will correct this quickly by modifying the images and adding a "pair" option to avoid any misunderstanding.

The Provolver is kind of an expensive toy, it feels good in hand, but the reason to buy this is to feel immersed because of the recoil it simulates. Its just a weak rattling, comparable to the vibration of your phone. Not worth the money to spend.
On SteamVR we have a Steam Companion App where users can adjust the strength of kick and rumble to their preference to mitigate this disruption.
The product works, and really is adding experience towards some games. Only downsides are the customer service is not responding to my messages. Also the app seems to be popping up in my screen when playing - which can be annoying. And also the provolver seems to switch off itself when the battery is around 20% It seems the product could be improved. Especially for almost 400 euros.
Regarding the app popping up on screen when playing, the customer is referring to our Steam Companion App, showing up in their SteamVR view when playing a game. To solve this you go into SteamVR settings and disable theater mode for non VR apps. As SteamVR updates over time, the location, and name, of this setting has changed and may change again. This is not an issue with our app specifically, but an option within SteamVR itself the user can enable or disable.
At low % battery the device will not function as intended. At 20% (I think starting at 25%?) the LED changes from green to red to rapidly blinking red. At this state, it is recommended to charge back up again before continued use to avoid encountering the issues described by customer.
Quality material, price a bit high, even with the sensations it provides, it remains a budget
