Website was having email server issues and this was the reason for for the perceived lack of communication. But ended up getting in touch with support after a mistake on my part. Tao explained everything to me and where I made my mistake. Helped me correct it at protubes expense. Good customer service. Glad I came here for parts to change my current setup instead of buying another stock elsewhere

unfortunately the solution protube has for the index is not particularly compelling. the cups for the quest that came with my vrml Phoenix stock (one of the giveaways) feel and look fantastic. Unfortunately when it comes to the index cups, the print quality is pretty poor with little bits of filament not properly adhered and layer lines which are quite ugly (especially on the flexible bits). This would be an easy detail to look past if I was satisfied for how these cups work with the index knuckles controllers. unfortunately they feel strange because of the way the mount is offset from the cups and no matter what i did it felt like i couldnt get these cups to easily mount to the stock. Beyond this, the cups themselves are scary to put on and leave scratches on the capacitive finger tracking grip of the index which is just too much of a risk than im willing to take especially with valve discontinuing manufacture of index and its associated products.

Regarding the product (quality/practicality) and delivery (speed), I have no complaints. As for the website, I find it regrettable that prices are displayed excluding tax and especially without clearly stating it (a little surprise at the finalization of the order). And concerning the MagTube for Quest 3, I would have appreciated being informed that it was necessary to disable hand tracking for it to work properly (the controller loses the pedals for a few seconds every time it is magnetized), which would have saved me hours of searching online for the source of the problem.

I upgraded my gunstock to fit my new headset and ordered all the parts in gray, as there was a sale going on at the moment and I've been waiting for the compatible parts for a while. When they were finally released I was happy to be able to finally order them. Anyways, the controller "sockets" and the "sholder mount" part fit perfectly with my gray headset color-wise. Unfortunately they feel a bit cheap, as they seem were rough on the surface so they feel a little strange on the cheek / in the hands. It's nothing you can't get used to after a bit, but I guess sanding them a little more would have gone a long way. So that's why I've deducted one star, but otherwise the ProTube Gunstocks I had so far were still amazing to play with and way better than without a gunstock.

Surprised that the pivotpoint was a flexibel rubber unit instrad of a mecanical structure. This make the end af travel flexibel. Not sure if that is a good or bad design only further use will show if good or bad design.

I was happy enough with the bits I ordered but not with the customer service I recieved when asking what I should do as 2 of my butterflly parts have broken and when I look at your web site it says they are expensive and to contact customer service which I have done twice now with no reply, I was also going to ask for a few more ridged washers or whatever they are called and some o-rings to give my protube carbom a bit of a service

My controller fly right out of the grips. even if i push it super hard into it, it still came off of it.

I only received one right-hand product for the controllers, it was the top attachment. It would have been nice to have both right and left hands??

The product works, and really is adding experience towards some games. Only downsides are the customer service is not responding to my messages. Also the app seems to be popping up in my screen when playing - which can be annoying. And also the provolver seems to switch off itself when the battery is around 20% It seems the product could be improved. Especially for almost 400 euros.

Quality material, price a bit high, even with the sensations it provides, it remains a budget

Altogether a great product. The clips that attach to the controllers could be cleaned and refined a little. But all in all a nice product for fps vr games

I still can't get this thing to pair with compatible games or use the compatability app!!! Frustrating ,it should pair easily with compatible games instead having to turn off headset. ,reboot,etc A whole ritual just to get it to pair! Im really disapointed !!!I shouldn't have purchased!!!

I saved up for three years and I finally made the purchase. The selection of quality games you can play is much to low for the price. The amount of "recoil" felt is nowhere near close to the real thing.

I had emailed some questions on a product transition from the G2 to the Index. Nobody got back to me so I had to make a more expensive order because I didn't know what I needed. That will be my last order.

the MagTube VR gunstock was a great purchase. I'm able to configure it to how i want and need for the games i play. My only issue is how the controller mount bracket magnetizes to the stock, the angle mounts make it impossible to switch hands for games like Paintball which was the main reason i bought it

Good products and good service. The Gunstock is a must have for shooters. However, I cannot recommend the Provolver if you have a Valve Index. There are still some tracking problems here.

It broke twice within a month. The first time was when controller was removed from handle that the handle casing broke. Thankfully the part I needed that time. The second time my buddy got it snagged on his charging people while he was using it and it split the entire main part of the provolver gun stock. It was not covered under warranty and I have to pay over $100 if I wanted fixed now. Not pleased. Build quality should be of thicker material. I wouldn't mind the extra weight to have a better build quality.

I mean, 1 star is probably unfair, but I am very sad with this purchase, it was way too underwhelming. It doesn't work with almost any game, and when it does, it doesn't do it great.

I've tried a few (4) different gunstock solutions over the last 6 months. This is the stock I'm going to settle with. It's not perfect, and I'll get the cons out of the way first - the controller mount prints are quite rough and aren't in any way padded (unlike other cheaper stocks). I have concerns that this could scratch the controllers, as you have to have the mounts fitted quite tightly. Though no scratching has happened yet. I have raised the issue with Protube and they're working on achieving better prints - it seems like a technology limitation. They've advised sanding and I'm exploring some sort of tape for padding, but it can't be too thick as the mounts are very snug. The stock is large and it does often get in the way during single player games when my hands are empty and the stock is slung. Support in single player games for stocks is lacking, so you often have to settle for somewhat funky configurations to get an immersive feeling - in Into The Radius my hands cross over slightly to align the stock. This is still better than Metro, where I have the stock on my shoulder to get the in-game the stock more central to my chest (which is where I want it for instinctive shooting) The Protube is true to its name and is highly customisable. So much so that I had to watch instructionals on rifle shooting to understand how to configure the stock properly to work with my anatomy. It took me about a week to find a setup that works for me (more customisation means more things to get wrong when you're making adjustments), but this does mean you're more likely to find a setup that works for the game you're playing. Overall very happy with the Protube, though in some games (like Metro) I find myself wondering if it's more trouble than it's worth - it gets in the way when my hands are empty, hits the floor when I crouch and it's slung, and it more than doubles the time it takes for me to change from pistol shooting to rifle shooting. Nonetheless, this is the best stock at the moment IMHO.

Love this product. But it does need some bugs fixed. The timing is off about 25% of the time. But overall can play the game now without the it. Thanks

Love the provolver..feels great but wish there were more quest compatible games for ease of use..just found that ZAP is compatible..its not on the compatibility list ..are there more games I don't know of🤷‍♂️

Controllers fly

This product shouldn't be allowed to be marketed towards Valve Index users. The recoil and haptic effect from the provolver cause the sensitive valve index controllers to misinterpret the movement as sudden movements of the hands, making first person shooters useless. You can imagine your hands all of a sudden moving 10-100cm while holding a rifle suddenly. Doesn't make for a lot of fun. The company blames Valve but the Valve controllers only work as they were designed to, being very sensitive pieces of equipment. Steer clear if you're a Valve Index user.
