Impossible to say anything because the ordered parts are still not here. Choose another carrier than GEODIS for delivery of parts within 24 hours (paid 24 euros for delivery a month later)! ISO 9001 for Geodis is just a marketing label. No service or even attempt to find a solution when one is absent for 5 minutes (they don't even call: it's not in their obligations). In short, you are not to blame, but I think your choice of carrier should be more rigorous...

Very disappointed with the "Christmas tree" product.. yet it is prominently featured on your site. I found the idea very pretty.. I ended up with a plain sheet of stickers in size 10x15.. The stickers are reflective for a few brief minutes if exposed to light for a few hours and are only visible in absolute darkness. On the other hand, they are not easy to peel off and reposition. No wonder pure deco declines all responsibility for any damage to the walls. Really disappointed.
