Package not delivered three weeks after order and debit of the amount. Your subcontractor (La Poste - Colissimo) accumulates dysfunctions. Package held at a post office far from my home while a nearby office exists, no response to the complaint and the request to keep the hold longer than the 15 days announced, reshipment to the sender ***. I will now prefer online purchases that work with other carriers.

Order canceled by you for a so-called supply problem... your customers are not ***, I noticed that the price of the shelf has doubled. Your processes are deeply ***. Moreover, you do not even bother to respond to emails.

Response from Pure Deco
Madam, In response to your comment and after checking the history of our various telephone and email exchanges, we did inform you that we were obliged to cancel your order because the product is undergoing a modification. That is why it is no longer marketed in the version you ordered. The price will evolve but the product will also. We are sincerely sorry and renew our apologies for this inconvenience. Best regards, Your Pure Deco advisor

Very fast delivery but 1 painting damaged out of the 4 ordered (white marks on the image not related to delivery but to a defect in the product)

The NEWTON SUSPENDED LIGHT is a beautiful product. We chose the "white" version. There is no photo on the site, which is a pity. We found a photo on another site, the metal rod was black and the lampshade white. So we were surprised to receive a white rod... the wires remain black though... a bit of a pity... Otherwise, order and delivery very fast, without any problem. The delivery slot may be a bit long (08:00 - 17:30).

Pretty. Matches the photo well, however, it's a pity that the electrification was not included and that it was not mentioned in the product description.

Response from Pure Deco
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to give your opinion on your experience with Pure Deco. You ordered a lampshade. Since lampshades are commonly delivered without electrification, it is true that we do not specify that it is not included. Thank you for your understanding and I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Best regards, Corinne from Pure Deco Customer Service

I ordered a toilet paper tree and wallpaper from this site and everything went well. I contacted customer service for a delivery delay and the person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and answered all my questions. My order arrived as per the products I ordered. The description and photos are true to the products sold.

Fast delivery, product very well packaged. But the ultimately incomplete description misled me and the product does not completely meet my needs. Too bad. I am returning the product.

Mistake made by customer service which leaves me with a design suspension lamp worth over 300€ never installed and unusable. The site does not want to proceed with an exchange and does not take responsibility for its mistake!!!!

Speed, well-packaged furniture. Just a downside regarding the choice of carrier which lacks flexibility regarding delivery days and time slots.

Choice of items Quality of shipping packaging Responsiveness of customer service Drawback: no information on the status of the shipment of the package which forced me to send a request because I had no way to see if the package had been sent or not.

Product delivered with simple delivery (no signature) Average quality product: dirty material (both the bamboo of the suspension and the white metal rods, stained) Deformed product in many places In a store, we would not have taken such a product, which must have been stored in a damp and dusty place. More attention should be paid to packaging during storage, this would have avoided the above issues (stains and deformation)

The price of the suspended light is high compared to the quality. The lamp is white and the suspension wire is black! The finishes are poorly suited for a suspension. In the end, it holds thanks to the electric wire which risks being cut due to its finishes that are not finishes. Not very reassuring... The seller should finish their product correctly.
