Customer reviews of Pure Deco

Quality product as shown in the photos. Delivered on time. Impeccable service.

Serious, punctual, merchandise ok.

Very aesthetic and functional paper basket but deplorable Chronopost delivery. The delivery person shoved the package into my mailbox and thus jammed the door! impossible to open this box: we had to wait for the postman's passage to remedy this ...!

Delivery speed, meets expectations. Nothing to report.

Yes. The product meets my expectations

Super fast and super quality

My order was delivered on time. Very well packaged. I recommend this site.

Reliable service and impeccable packaging.

Very well packaged article. Received on time. The item, the bottle holder, was true to the photo. Nice article. I am satisfied.

Perfect

I found the delivery time very long and ended up with an item (€269!!) that is absolutely not in accordance with what was ordered, radio silence despite calls and emails sent with photos.

Perfect, very fast shipping.

I have always had very pleasant people online. The delivery was made as announced. The only problem is that my Colissimo was left in front of my door while I was absent. It could have been opened or taken by anyone, and moreover, I could not check the state and content of the package.

Excellent seller, good communication, fast shipping, impeccable product.

Beautiful product. Fast delivery.

Easy search on the site, fast delivery, product that corresponds, no problem.

Very satisfied with the contact I had with the customer service of Pure Deco.

Reasonable price, very fast delivery. To recommend.

Very fast service and very good order tracking.

Very beautiful products. Speed of shipping. Package made with great care. I highly recommend your site. My niece lives in Toulouse, so I will recommend your store to her. Bravo and thank you. I will be a loyal customer. Too bad we are no longer in Gaillac. ***

Very satisfied with the website, very satisfied with the quality of the products purchased. Fast delivery.

speed and detailed information

Order received very quickly! Thank you.

SUPER SITE. VERY PRETTY AND ORIGINAL PRODUCTS. EXCEPTIONAL DELIVERY TIMES. THANK YOU!

Simple and efficient site. Deadlines respected. I called the store twice for information about my order, and each time the person was lovely. You can order with your eyes closed.

Delivery on time and tracked.

Products conform to the photos and descriptions on the website. Very nice quality and beautiful design. Delivery time respected and fast. Products well protected for transport. Completely satisfied with the two products purchased.

Everything is always perfect! Thank you.

The product is excellent. Perfectly wrapped. The delivery was as expected. The delivery person was charming. Bravo.

The product can be returned, but it is not indicated that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless you read the general sales conditions...). The rug being a bulky item: return shipping costs are very high, especially after already being charged for shipping costs during the initial order! And it's up to the customer to figure out how to go through Colissimo or find a carrier. I will not order from this site again, which hints at exchange possibilities without specifying the costs that will be incurred for bulky items. And contrary to what the contacted customer service indicates, it has nothing to do with whether the product is on sale or not...

Very fast delivery. Very well packaged product.

Product description matches reality and my expectations. Fast and careful shipping. I am completely satisfied.

Conforms to the order and correct delivery times

I haven't seen a blanket of such beautiful quality in a long time. This product is available nowhere else. Beautifully made, soft and warm. Well finished. Moreover, the packaging, shipping, and speed are appreciated.

Very good experience. Thank you!

Everything is perfect
