Beautiful suspension but very unfortunate that the safety sticker is placed on the visible part of the brass because once removed, the sticker takes off with a slight layer of brass and leaves behind glue that is impossible to clean. For a suspension of this size, the mark is quite visible. Moreover, there are a few slight imperfections on the brass, but I think that depends on the batch this time. In short, a bit expensive due to these 2 defects.

The indicated and confirmed delivery time for your order was 2 weeks. You received your order on 28/04/2020, exactly 2 weeks after ordering. As for the quality of the items and any defects, you ordered bathroom bins from Pure Deco. We have been selling this model for many years and this is the first time we have received such a remark. If you wish to report a quality defect, we invite you to contact our customer service. We will do everything possible to provide a concrete response to a specifically stated issue. As for the colors, you ordered a black model and a gray one. You indicate that the colors do not resemble. Although the photos are not contractual, the black is indeed black. As for the gray... We regret that you question our reputation so virulently for bathroom bins delivered on time, black and gray indeed, and without having contacted our customer service for a potential defect. If your order does not satisfy you, you could also have made a return request and we would have refunded you in full.
