It is regrettable not to be precise about the delivery time: from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm is a time frame that is far too wide....

We are not satisfied with the order we placed because given the rather high price of the mirror, we expected to receive at least one mirror in good condition. However, we were unpleasantly surprised when we took the mirror out of the packaging because the rubber had cracked at the joint... A commercial gesture from Pure-deco would be welcome in this case.... Looking forward to a response. Thank you in advance.

My order dates from 08/08/18. Today is 08/19. I have received nothing, I have no information for tracking the shipment and I do not know who to contact. I can only be worried and dissatisfied.

Hello, In response to your comment, we would like to provide important clarification: - your order was placed on 10/07 at 8 PM so you could not receive it on the 12th with standard delivery - it was shipped on 11/07 although it consists of a discounted item - you should indeed have received it on Friday the 13th - Saturday the 14th being a holiday, delivery was made on Monday the 16th. In the end, there is only one day of delay on the part of the carrier, we are sorry and we ask you to please excuse us. We hope to have the pleasure of fully satisfying you during your next order. Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

As a resident of Martinique, it is a pleasure to receive my small package with such fast delivery! Product as described! It is a storage bag that I have been looking for a long time because my son is a Lego fan... a first order that will not be the last.
