This purchase is a gift for Christmas so the package is not yet opened. But the ordering process went well and the package arrived on the indicated date.

Very good. However, we are told to open the package to check the condition but the delivery person told us he was not allowed. So fortunately everything was fine. Regards

I received the item identical to what was presented on the site, what I find unfortunate is paying for shipping and not being delivered quickly hence the rating of 3/5

The site is great, the carrier much less so. Fortunately, the Zago teams are super responsive to correct afterwards :)

Very satisfied with the service. I was well informed about the product's shipping. It was delivered quickly intact, in a nice package and tissue paper. I will recommend this site and return. Thank you for your professional work.

We chose this wall lamp to make it one of the main elements of a child's room decoration. We were very disappointed with this item, especially considering its high price. It does not correspond at all to the photo on the site (smooth texture versus slight relief, white color versus yellowed effect, simple hanging bag ...). The fact that I take the time to write this comment signifies all our disappointment. Sorry, I would have preferred to write a laudatory comment.

For the price paid, I expected a minimum of quality. Very big disappointment upon unpacking the package. Paying for this vulgar piece of plastic ***€, I consider that as ***. For me, the whole thing should not be worth more than ***€. I don't find that very serious, but since it's fashionable, prices are inevitably inflated. But the customer leaves and will look elsewhere from now on. Pure deco, this will be my only and unique order on your site.

Response from Pure Deco
Dear Sir, Upon reading your severe comment, we think it useful to provide you with a response. You did indeed receive a rosette system allowing you to connect 5 light suspensions and not just a piece of plastic. If your order is incomplete, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service. The product you ordered includes a 20 cm diameter rosette specially designed to accommodate 5 light points but also all the electrical system necessary for your lighting, namely 4 connectors, 5 cable passes, and an invisible ceiling mounting system. However, if your purchase does not fully satisfy you, you have 30 days to return it to us. We will then proceed with your full refund. For this, simply go to your customer area on our site. Best regards, Pure Deco Customer Service
