very good telephone reception, very good site, excellent speed! even though there were missing screws during assembly (this can happen to anyone) responsiveness by phone! okay I'm waiting for the screws but I'm sure they will arrive! if not... well "1 unhappy customer is 40 lost customers" so... Fast shipping. However, I took advantage of the free delivery because I find that €6.90 is too high a price for normal delivery.

ultra-fast shipping, user-friendly site, only the promo code was not applied to the entire order without explanations. Question about a return, followed by a clear and quick response. I will make the return, we will see if the follow-up is also satisfactory.

A website of great quality, pleasant to browse, with a high level of finish, including in the online payment phases. Kudos for the site. In terms of service, nothing to say either, precise notifications, fairly quick delivery and no unpleasant surprises. Some websites should take example. :-) well done. Julien
