Response from Pure Deco
Hello, In response to the comment posted on our partner Ekomi's site on the occasion of your order, we would like, in order to improve our service quality, to have some additional information. Your order was delivered by our provider, Geodis / Calberson transport. Could you tell us what your expectations were that could not be met by the carrier? Thank you in advance for your contribution, Sincerely, The Pure Deco Team

I first paid a significant extra for 24-hour delivery before being told that the ordered goods were not available for 15 days. The "24-hour delivery extra" payment was of course validated by the site. I then had to repeatedly contact the merchant site to be told there was a delay because my order was not arriving on the indicated date (I would have had no info if I hadn't constantly contacted the site). I was finally delivered after a month. I was repeatedly told that the carrier would contact me to set a delivery date, which did not happen. The carrier called me once at my door, I was obviously at work an hour away from my home at that time. The carrier returned on Saturday morning, unwilling to climb the stairs because there is no elevator in my building, the reason why I had requested and paid for delivery!!! (detail of course not specified by the merchant site.) A total scam, no commercial gesture, no apology.

We placed the order and paid on 12.03.12 for delivery on a specific date: 10 or 11.04.12, which was confirmed to us. We were called back on 26.03.12 to be told that we would be delivered at best on 15 MAY 2012. So already Pure Deco waited 15 days before informing us of this additional delay, and since we paid in advance, I don't know what commercial gesture they can make towards us!!!

More precision in the expected delivery date. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Offer a promo code to customers after each order or reduced or even free shipping from €50 charged.
