Delivery was on time with good tracking. One star less because the packaging was too bulky compared to the product (ecology)

Clean package. Lamp well packaged. However, no instructions in French. No information about the power. No markings on the lamp.....

Delay in delivering the product to the store. Once received, you had it sent express at your expense so that it would arrive on time for Christmas. Thank you again for this attention. Best regards.

I had absolutely no idea about Pure Deco which I discovered during my wanderings, and I was won over by the diversity of products and their quality. I contacted customer service for the availability of a product and they responded to me in less than an hour. Since then, I have added PURE DECO to my internet favorites because I have spotted other items for a future purchase.
