I am not at all satisfied with the product. Even though the bottle and packaging have nothing to do with the proposed image, we were warned, but announcing a product that appears transparent in the image to meet a desired level of requirement for decorative oil lamps and seeing a yellow oil arrive where it is impossible to verify the composition (everything is in German and 'vegetable oil' does not appear anywhere! I personally feel deceived. Not to mention the complications related to the return that this entails given the weight of the product. I am sorry but you must announce a colored product to avoid misleading people, it will save you many disappointed customers! Best regards.

I ordered paper napkins. They are of very good quality, very thick. Unfortunately, about ten napkins had a printing defect, a large part of the design was missing. I had an issue placing the order and the sales service was very kind, responsive, and attentive.

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase! I indeed hesitated for a long time to buy this crib online, fearing that this item (very fragile) might arrive potentially damaged or broken. But everything was very well packaged. Thank you, Pure Deco!

1 item RETURNED from a first order of €120, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RETURN AT MY EXPENSE AND ESPECIALLY NOT RECEIVED FOR 10 DAYS, HOPING NOT TO HAVE PAID FOR THE RETURN FOR NOTHING........

Response from Pure Deco
Dear Noémie, As we have already indicated to you and following our numerous exchanges by email, you asked us if you could return your item to a relay point and we replied the same day that this is not possible. Your blackmail regarding updating your review "if the situation were to be resolved" is not part of our values. Best regards, Corinne, Pure Deco
