Customer reviews of Pure Deco

satisfied, nothing to change

delivered faster than the music, great service, thank you, even more promotions and I recommend

I placed my order a week ago and I still have no idea of the delivery date. Customer relations need to be improved

I ordered invisible book supports; received very quickly - and the idea is just brilliant; I am completely satisfied. Thank you

everything excellent except for the fact that a small branch is missing to reproduce the model.... but more small flowers..... the tree is really very beautiful nonetheless and I am very satisfied. fast delivery and well-protected product

fast and quality service

ras everything is ok

No email to say that the order had been sent but very great shipping speed.

Timelines okay. Products conform to the site.

Top Merchant! Product and shipping impeccable.

For me, everything was perfect, the accuracy of my order, the tracking emails, and the speed of shipping. Thank you to the whole team;

Everything arrived quickly, I am happy with the products. Thank you!

perfect fast delivery

Very well-made site, clear, easy to use. The delivery was fast, done within the expected time.

I will certainly reuse this site as the shipment was careful and fast, nothing to complain about except for postal delays which are independent of the site...

no improvement necessary

Fast delivery! Product arrived in perfect condition! Nothing to complain about! Thank you.

Excellent products, fast, careful delivery, and the product is completely in line with the photo and description. Nothing to modify in my opinion, I would certainly recommend and recommend this site.

Speed and reliability. The product is beautiful and matches the description. The delivery was very fast.

Excellent customer support. Great kindness and quick response to questions asked. Bravo!

Pleasant and easy-to-use website. Quick order reception. Careful packaging. The only complaint: shipping costs are too high

perfect

I ordered items via the website. The in-store delivery was very fast. The welcome in the shop was very friendly, I was able to easily exchange a product that ultimately did not suit me.

perfect !!

very fast delivery

Item as described and received on time, perfect! A bit expensive maybe...

for now; perfect

Fast delivery. Congratulations

I first paid a significant extra for 24-hour delivery before being told that the ordered goods were not available for 15 days. The "24-hour delivery extra" payment was of course validated by the site. I then had to repeatedly contact the merchant site to be told there was a delay because my order was not arriving on the indicated date (I would have had no info if I hadn't constantly contacted the site). I was finally delivered after a month. I was repeatedly told that the carrier would contact me to set a delivery date, which did not happen. The carrier called me once at my door, I was obviously at work an hour away from my home at that time. The carrier returned on Saturday morning, unwilling to climb the stairs because there is no elevator in my building, the reason why I had requested and paid for delivery!!! (detail of course not specified by the merchant site.) A total scam, no commercial gesture, no apology.

Good quality of the products offered

I really like what I chose, the shipment was very fast

good information regarding order tracking for my items no problem

THE DELIVERY WAS FAST AND TOO BAD FOR THE WOODEN HOOKS THAT WERE OUT OF STOCK...

Everything was perfect

On the site it says: delivery in 48 hours, except that it's just the shipping method, not counting the warehouse preparation (package ordered on the 11th and received on the 24th). The package arrived in poor condition (thanks to the post office). But pure deco was quick to resend the same product to another address (given the delay). So, good site but order in advance if it's for a gift.

Great responsiveness

MATCHES THE PHOTOS; good delivery tracking via email.

Everything is perfect

Nothing to improve on my part, everything was perfect
