I wanted more Räder items which are difficult to find at reasonable prices within the US. I found this Pure Deco and opted to pay the extensive international shipping. There were some issues making a payment that were immediately remedied. I sent an e-mail to confirm all was well; I greatly appreciated the response being in English (though it’s easy to translate). My items arrived excellently packaged in just five days! Wonderful!

Very late delivery due to a 'not available' product while it was indicated as available on your site.

Response from Pure Deco

We are sorry that your delivery was delayed and we renew our apologies. However, the product was clearly indicated as unavailable with a delay of 2 weeks (specified on the product sheet, in the cart, and in your confirmation email). We then sent you an email to inform you that the delay would be longer due to a production shortage. Best regards,

A lot of choices at all prices. Interesting promotions. The only downside for Räder brand products is that sizes should be indicated, as sometimes they are very very small and one is disappointed when receiving the item. But it's the same on all other sites that sell this brand and even on their official site.

Apparently, the delivery company SCHENKER offers scheduled deliveries, so there is no need to check with the customer if they are available. Nothing to report, except for the duration between the order date and the actual delivery, but that depends on the delivery address.
