Generally good but a certain lack of detail on the product - it was all written in German!

The color did not match my expectations so the photos displayed on the site should be revised to be closer to reality. No problem with delivery, the deadlines were respected.

Perfect except for the postal delivery person who did not want to wait for the verification of the merchandise because he was poorly parked. Very common attitude in Paris! Thank you

The ordered product corresponds exactly to the online description, of good quality, compliant with the photo. Fast delivery, robust packaging, the little extra is a 'ready to gift' under packaging, the only negative element is that the price may be a bit high, it's just for this reason that I didn't give excellent.

My order arrived in a timely manner, out of 4 lanterns one had a malfunction. A quick email to customer service a few days later and a new lantern was delivered to me, and I didn't even have to return the defective product. So a big congratulations to all of you for your seriousness.

2 broken glass tubes inside the package. The breakage occurred during packaging without a doubt because the tubes were in thick bubble wrap and there are no signs of shock on the package. I request that you kindly send me 2 replacement tubes. Thank you. JS
