Customer reviews of Pure Deco

order fulfilled, fast delivery, satisfactory service

Very fast delivery. The product (lamp oil) corresponds to the request but is not entirely satisfactory (unpleasant smell)

Item I wanted, fast delivery

I discovered this site a bit by chance, but I found the item I needed. Ordered on Sunday, the item arrived at my home on Wednesday morning, so the order processing time was quick. As for the ordered item, no breakage or bad surprises. Satisfied with my order.

Fast delivery time. Good product quality. Too bad the screws for fixing the bracket are not provided.

fast delivery

it's fast and secure, very good service

Fast and efficient but delivery packaging inadequate (too large and poorly designed for the ordered items).

Satisfied with the delivery times but delivery cost too high especially since it was not necessary to use such a large box, a large bubble envelope would have sufficed.

Timely delivery, product arrived in perfect condition. Very good service, I am not disappointed. I have already recommended it to my acquaintances.

Fast and error-free service

fast and compliant.

Nothing to report, fast service

Package undamaged, product conforms to the site description, nothing to complain about

Very high reactivity (thank you for that) A small downside however (hence the allocation of 4 stars): The ordered product (Ming Ibride) arrived with some unpleasant scratches on two of its components (and I personally know the quality of control performed by this creative and qualitative company); although I was warned about the shipping/receipt method by courier or otherwise, I did not expect this inconvenience. I advise you to be vigilant if you want a good customer/provider relationship and therefore do not thank you, in this regard, for the little consideration that was indirectly given to me!

Conforms to the photo on the net.

Reliable and serious site respecting deadlines

Very pleasant site and order delivered very quickly in good packaging

Simple and fast service.

The step-by-step online tracking of the ongoing order is very well done, reassuring, I really appreciated it.

Good service, however the shipping costs are a bit high, I took advantage of their free shipping to place my order

I found exactly the product I wanted

Nice decor ideal for my small hallway with brick walls, easy to install

report that an order only ships when all items are available

It's very good.

satisfied, nothing to change

I placed my order a week ago and I still have no idea of the delivery date. Customer relations need to be improved

everything excellent except for the fact that a small branch is missing to reproduce the model.... but more small flowers..... the tree is really very beautiful nonetheless and I am very satisfied. fast delivery and well-protected product

Timelines okay. Products conform to the site.

Pleasant and easy-to-use website. Quick order reception. Careful packaging. The only complaint: shipping costs are too high

Item as described and received on time, perfect! A bit expensive maybe...

I first paid a significant extra for 24-hour delivery before being told that the ordered goods were not available for 15 days. The "24-hour delivery extra" payment was of course validated by the site. I then had to repeatedly contact the merchant site to be told there was a delay because my order was not arriving on the indicated date (I would have had no info if I hadn't constantly contacted the site). I was finally delivered after a month. I was repeatedly told that the carrier would contact me to set a delivery date, which did not happen. The carrier called me once at my door, I was obviously at work an hour away from my home at that time. The carrier returned on Saturday morning, unwilling to climb the stairs because there is no elevator in my building, the reason why I had requested and paid for delivery!!! (detail of course not specified by the merchant site.) A total scam, no commercial gesture, no apology.

Good quality of the products offered

good information regarding order tracking for my items no problem

On the site it says: delivery in 48 hours, except that it's just the shipping method, not counting the warehouse preparation (package ordered on the 11th and received on the 24th). The package arrived in poor condition (thanks to the post office). But pure deco was quick to resend the same product to another address (given the delay). So, good site but order in advance if it's for a gift.

Great responsiveness

MATCHES THE PHOTOS; good delivery tracking via email.

Receipt of the goods without any problem. Perfect packaging with protection. Very reasonable waiting time for receiving the package.
