I ordered an extremely fragile product. It arrived broken because it was very poorly packaged. It would have required additional precautions to avoid this kind of situation. What a shame for you and for me. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to find this product elsewhere which was delivered to me with individual packaging for each item to ensure its arrival in good condition. The customer service was very responsive and sent me the necessary items for a free return. Thank you for that.

Hello, purchasing on your site is easy, navigation is pleasant and the products are well highlighted. The package arrived very well packaged and I am delighted with the quality and aesthetics of the bench I purchased. However, I regretted having to contact you for news about the delivery which was 3 weeks late. It is normal that during a pandemic deliveries are disrupted, however, an informative follow-up message (spontaneous) would have been appreciated given the price of the product. The indicated and confirmed delivery time for your order was 2 weeks. You received your order on 28/04/2020, exactly 2 weeks after ordering. As for the quality of the items and any defects, you ordered bathroom bins from Pure Deco. We have been selling this model for many years and this is the first time we have received such a remark. If you wish to report a quality defect, we invite you to contact our customer service. We will do everything possible to provide a concrete response to a specifically stated issue. As for the colors, you ordered a black model and a gray one. You indicate that the colors do not resemble. Although the photos are not contractual, the black is indeed black. As for the gray... We regret that you question our reputation so virulently for bathroom bins delivered on time, black and gray indeed, and without having contacted our customer service for a potential defect. If your order does not satisfy you, you could also have made a return request and we would have refunded you in full. The delivery took a little longer than expected but the shelves arrived in perfect condition. However, the quality of the fixing screws was a bit disappointing: the head of two of them detached while they had not finished their course and we could not remove them from the plug and replace them.

Pretty product and quality. Fast shipping. The only downside is that the delivery company insulted me because the building to deliver is at the end of an alley. I opened the gate for him to deliver at the bottom of the building, he insulted me claiming that he only delivered on the street (more than 100m away). For a very bulky package, he left the package without waiting for me and threatened to leave with it if I was not happy.
