The products are of quality and in accordance with what was presented on the website. The selling price was very good. I was contacted by customer service who informed me that the product they received was a bit damaged and that they would send me another one. I found this attitude very commercial. Thank you!

The lamp does not correspond at all to the visual on the site and the return is still chargeable. Very disappointed by the phone contact.

Pure Deco completely refunded me without any fuss and very quickly (less than 15 days after my order!). I add that I have never found a site as responsive as Pure Deco! Pure Deco has kept all my trust.
