I had ordered 2 glass carafes in light blue and green and I received a different color. The reshipment was a bit long while the person on the phone told me they would send it back immediately. For the return, I received a reshipment label.

The package arrived damaged, it was thrown over the gate. We sent a complaint email. We were not informed of the delivery date, for a delivery price of 40 euros, one can expect a better quality delivery.

Even though the bottle and packaging have nothing to do with the proposed image, we were warned, but announcing a product that appears transparent in the image to meet a desired level of requirement for decorative oil lamps and seeing a yellow oil arrive where it is impossible to verify the composition (everything is in German and 'vegetable oil' does not appear anywhere! I personally feel deceived. Not to mention the complications related to the return that this entails given the weight of the product. Very expensive express payment that was useless. Ordered on Friday and received the following Thursday. The delivery person did not come to present the package on Tuesday, left it without us knowing, no email, no SMS, no phone call to a parcel relay of which we were unaware. We learned by writing and then calling the Pure Deco headquarters that the package was there. We would never have known. Shameful business practices.
