Naively I expected a somewhat artisanal product... but it's made in China... Like those found everywhere!!

the packaging was a bit too light for such an item, it arrived torn but everything inside was intact.

the package was way too big for the product. This package arrived damaged but the inside was not harmed.

I contacted customer service before ordering to know the availability of the product (in this case a dining table). I was assured that the product would be available within 15 days. I then placed the order but received an email 2 days later announcing a delivery delay of more than two months! Contacted again, customer service, which does not seem to understand the utility and necessity of a table in daily life, refused any commercial gesture for this significant inconvenience.

The product received did not match the photo on the site. Unfortunately, to achieve the same result, I would have had to order double

I was disappointed as soon as I received my package (damaged package, poorly sealed) and even more disappointed when I opened it: one of my items did not match the color seen on the site. I know there is always a difference, but this really did not correspond!!! Red is not pink, blue is not green. In short, total disappointment.

It would have been nice to see the rose of the purchased light fixture as it is more imposing than imagined, and very pretty! My package was directly dropped in my mailbox, which surprised me, I was not able to make any reservations if necessary as indicated by email.

Generally good but a certain lack of detail on the product - it was all written in German!

The color did not match my expectations so the photos displayed on the site should be revised to be closer to reality. No problem with delivery, the deadlines were respected.

Good delivery time, careful packaging. The garland works well but the fabric of a small lantern tore during installation: too bad the product is of fragile quality.

Perfect except for the postal delivery person who did not want to wait for the verification of the merchandise because he was poorly parked. Very common attitude in Paris! Thank you
