Not satisfied with the Liv hook (green leaf) in the photo there are 2, this is misleading because I only received one.. Moreover, the system does not work well, I have not yet managed to keep the hook from moving on the wall.. disappointed with this purchase! For the rest (Umbra wall flower and under ^mat queen mother tree) everything was fine

Easy to use, very fast order processing. Prices are a bit high. Quality products. Still a good quality-price ratio.

Disappointed after buying fairy stickers; size not provided in the description, misleading photo (the silhouettes are not opposite as shown in the photo) and the worst part is that they don't even stick properly to the wall. That's all for this product, do I need to tell you my feelings!!

Very efficient (fast - abundant follow-up information) - Only remark to make: price to watch because there are no store fees and there are shipping costs - The buyer should not pay more on a merchant site than in a store.

We received our silver wooden tree with a broken branch; Was it during transport or before? It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and we noticed it once unwrapped. We decided to keep it thinking we could glue it to avoid return costs. But well.....bad image for a first order!

from the moment the package was shipped I couldn't track it.. Is there a possibility to track it online like with registered mail for example? However, I remember asking for the drop-off at the bakery next to my house: address well mentioned, etc.... it was not respected; I had to go the next day....
