Nothing to say about the delivery, punctual, well packaged. And overall very pleased with the choice of products. Very disappointed with the "Christmas tree" product.. yet it is prominently featured on your site. I found the idea very pretty.. I ended up with a plain sheet of stickers in size 10x15.. The stickers are reflective for a few brief minutes if exposed to light for a few hours and are only visible in absolute darkness. On the other hand, they are not easy to peel off and reposition. No wonder pure deco declines all responsibility for any damage to the walls. Really disappointed.

Hello, I am very very disappointed with the delivery. Yesterday the transport company called me to inform me that my table would be delivered today and that I should be home all day. I waited until 4 PM and still nothing, I called the delivery company and the lady told me the delivery person is not coming today, he will come tomorrow.

I cannot give my opinion as I have not yet received my package: 15 days delay! a bit long for a delivery in France. I recently ordered from an Australian site, delivery time: 10 days!

I find that the ordered items looked much better on the site than in reality. I particularly ordered a laundry basket. To send it, it was compressed: the result is that it is all wrinkled and crumpled.

Hello, The two products purchased, from the same brand and apparently from the same collection (TESORA) do not have the same finish/color in reality? Unlike the photos on the site..? A concrete aspect, which is gray for the jewelry box, gray-yellow for the base of the jewelry holder... Package not delivered three weeks after order and debit of the amount. Your subcontractor (La Poste - Colissimo) accumulates dysfunctions. Package held at a post office far from my home while a nearby office exists, no response to the complaint and the request to keep the hold longer than the 15 days announced, reshipment to the sender ***. I will now prefer online purchases that work with other carriers.

The NEWTON SUSPENDED LIGHT is a beautiful product. We chose the "white" version. There is no photo on the site, which is a pity. We found a photo on another site, the metal rod was black and the lampshade white. So we were surprised to receive a white rod... the wires remain black though... a bit of a pity... Otherwise, order and delivery very fast, without any problem. The delivery slot may be a bit long (08:00 - 17:30).
