Customer reviews of Pure Deco

Satisfactory,

I like the choice of items offered, the site is very pleasant, items shipped and delivered quickly; the packaging is very careful; I would maybe like more details on the description of the items, more photos reflecting the material, the exact color, the volume...

Speed for the preparation and sending of the order. Serious customer service.

Delivery was a bit long.

Fast delivery but the box was soaked and well damaged... Fortunately, the products were well packaged!!

No issues, products and deadlines respected

Quality product but a bit expensive

Order correctly acknowledged and delivered quickly.

Sticker as per the site, fast delivery, item not damaged.

Fast delivery and responsive customer service. Positive review

Good services: quality of the item, originality, fast delivery.

fast and compliant

ordered placemats but the photo did not specify that the coasters of the same shape as the placemat were not included in the lot. red color same as in the photo/ fast delivery/ product seems to be of good quality/ to see in use

The site does not contain enough descriptive information about the products, poorly organized, not enough photos of the items in context. The carrier was supposed to come today, 21/11/14. I waited at home all day since 8 AM this morning. It is 6 PM and he still hasn't come while the delivery hours end at 5:30 PM. Already the fact of not offering a time slot is not practical (who stays at home without moving from 8 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays?). A fool like me. So waiting for nothing is infuriating!

Quality product

Beautiful selection of items and good presentation. Clear, quite diverse and nice. Too bad that the 'neighbors' of France do not benefit from a more favorable shipping rate than distant countries. We live in the era of Europe and this site still talks about 'Metropolitan France'... and the rest of the world! This is the explanation for the removal of the fifth star rating!

Operation done quickly and well!!! Thank you

Package still not received! And NO tracking on the site. I therefore do not know if the package has been sent. I am starting to fear that I will not receive it. This is very annoying. Other sites provide information; it is reassuring to know where our order stands.

Very good site, order received quickly!

point + speed efficiency point - packaging/protection a bit light

satisfied, table well protected for transport.

Good! delighted

Quality product delivered on time

User-friendly site, order shipped quickly and received shortly after. I will put this seller on my whitelist :-)

GOOD

Fast delivery, product conforms.

Good quality service. Delivery time respected. One of the two ordered products is of poor quality (delivered in kit form, one piece broken...). The other: good quality/price ratio.

Totally inadequate service: 1) the box arrived stained, completely soaked with strawberry syrup from another package, to the point that the original packaging could not be kept for return :-/ (but this is the least important point). 2) the mirrors, described in the contractual phrases as delivered "with screws and fittings", did not contain these items at all, but the mirrors were instead equipped on the back with huge and very thick glued pieces of wood (which were not stipulated anywhere!) and it was impossible to detach them to fix the mirrors flat against the wall as intended. 3) for informational purposes, my personal wish for research was a set of 2 to 6 square copper mirrors of 30 x 30 cm, (such as the company *** sold 30 years ago in the *** and the ***).

Very good... excellent quality price ratio

Everything was OK for my order.

Well received.

I have already ordered from Pure Deco. Nothing to say about the quality of the website, the deadlines, and the store where I pick up my order. On this order, there was an error on your part regarding the color of the purchased item (sent chocolate instead of cyan but clearly marked cyan on the box!!) Therefore, I have to return to the store to exchange it.

The order form is too long. There is a bug in entering the billing and shipping address. However, the delivery tracking is great!

Product conforms to the description and arrived on time.

Very good for the purchase, delivery, but the assembly sheet for the light fixture is very brief and hard to read, especially for the electrical assembly.

Continuous information regarding the order status, quick reception.

The delivery tracking was fast and precise. The products meet my expectations.

Very positive review. Easy order on the site, secure payment, and especially express delivery.

good service
