Response from Pure Deco
Dear Sir, we are very surprised by your severe appreciation because when you placed your order, you deliberately chose to pick up the order in our Toulouse store while by default, the shipping method for orders is Colissimo. A week after being informed that your order was available, you contacted our Customer Service who immediately indicated the procedure to follow to pay the flat fee for shipping costs. Your order was shipped the same day. For any further information, our Customer Service is at your disposal. Best regards, The mediator Pure Deco

Pure Deco announced a timely delivery. It should have been perfect, but I still haven't received my package, which was supposed to be at my home 4 days ago!!! Apparently, it's more of a Colissimo problem, but the inconvenience remains the same. And their information was not reliable from the start anyway, and my disappointment is the same whether it's one or the other of the service providers that is at fault. Be cautious regarding DELIVERY DELAYS for which no trust can be granted.

Response from Pure Deco
Hello Madam, Our Customer Service has confirmed to you during our multiple exchanges that Colissimo offered you a choice of delivery locations. Without a response from you, Colissimo placed your package in the nearest pickup point. We are sorry that the opening hours did not suit you. After checking your file, I see that you did indeed retrieve your package on the same day you left your review on our partner Ekomi's site. We are pleased about that. For any further information, our customer service is at your disposal. Best regards, The mediator Pure Deco

Very fast delivery as mentioned on their site. Items perfectly packaged (metal shelves), a nice blue tissue paper placed on the packages in the box. Really very happy to have chosen this site for a first order. Highly recommend it for sure! If I have other purchases to make, I won't hesitate to choose this site again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the possibility of ordering without creating a permanent customer account, then by the speed of delivery, and finally by the quality of the packaging allowing the arrival of a fragile product in excellent condition. As for the product itself, I had no doubt about its quality, and I was not disappointed at all! I will gladly recommend your site in the future!
