VERY SATISFIED !!!! Product with a delay of 2 weeks on the website received earlier so pleasantly surprised. Product conforms to our expectations and identical to the description on the site. I highly recommend this site unlike other lamentable ones. I advise everyone to always check reviews online before launching.

the service was very good and very efficient. My only disappointment (big disappointment) was with a product ordered from the Mimilou brand (sticker). So nothing to do with the service and the delivery where there is nothing to complain about, quite the opposite.

I did not receive my entire order. I had ordered 2 items but I only have one and the other was refunded. I am very disappointed not to have the other item which was out of stock.

Excellent service. Following an order, an advisor contacted me by phone to inform me of a defect on an item. I chose to replace it with another and despite this setback, I was delivered in the shortest possible time. The person in question was very friendly, efficient, and competent. The products are carefully packaged.

out of 3 candle holders supposedly in stock, only 2 delivered, and 1 on backorder; of the 2 received, 1 is defective: a piece is missing and therefore unusable
