There was a slight delay in delivery. But when I called, the person apologized for the delay and was able to immediately give the delivery date 3 days later. With post-covid, things take a bit longer. As for the product, 100% satisfied, corresponds to the description.

Material received quickly and in perfect condition. (Delivery a bit expensive (Belgium)). Corinne very efficient and very serious during email exchanges. Very satisfied overall. I think the cost of shipping can be a handicap compared to large platforms like *** but your products are more targeted and of more elegant design.

The order took almost two months to arrive at my home and the carafe was broken, so I am not very happy. Unfortunately, I did not keep the packaging, but if you wish to send me a new carafe that would be great, I can send you a photo of the broken carafe, the little fish has its two broken fins. Thank you for keeping me informed.

Hello, purchasing on your site is easy, navigation is pleasant and the products are well highlighted. The package arrived very well packaged and I am delighted with the quality and aesthetics of the bench I purchased. However, I regretted having to contact you for news about the delivery which was 3 weeks late. It is normal that during a pandemic deliveries are disrupted, however, an informative follow-up message (spontaneous) would have been appreciated given the price of the product. This will not prevent me from ordering again on your site. Best regards.

The bloomingville glass suspension is even more beautiful than on the screen. This makes its price even more interesting. Very well packaged product, delivery was perfectly fine. I will recommend on your site.
