very long delivery time, high price for a product of poor quality (defects on all items) and the colors do not resemble at all those seen on the website. Never again!

Response from Pure Deco

Hello, Upon reading your severe comment, we believe you are mistaken because your comment is not accurate. Indeed, you ordered on 11/04/2020 during the lockdown and the Easter holiday weekend. The indicated and confirmed delivery time for your order was 2 weeks. You received your order on 28/04/2020, exactly 2 weeks after ordering. As for the quality of the items and any defects, you ordered bathroom bins from Pure Deco. We have been selling this model for many years and this is the first time we have received such a remark. If you wish to report a quality defect, we invite you to contact our customer service. We will do everything possible to provide a concrete response to a specifically stated issue. As for the colors, you ordered a black model and a gray one. You indicate that the colors do not resemble. Although the photos are not contractual, the black is indeed black. As for the gray... We regret that you question our reputation so virulently for bathroom bins delivered on time, black and gray indeed, and without having contacted our customer service for a potential defect. If your order does not satisfy you, you could also have made a return request and we would have refunded you in full. Since you did not wish to take this step, we believe your only intention was to leave a negative review. Best regards,

P L.

The delivery took a little longer than expected but the shelves arrived in perfect condition. However, the quality of the fixing screws was a bit disappointing: the head of two of them detached while they had not finished their course and we could not remove them from the plug and replace them.

I just placed an order that was processed very quickly. Upon receipt, there was an error on one item. I contacted them by email, and I received an immediate response. Two days later, the item was at my home despite the context. Thank you for your professionalism and responsiveness!

The products are of very good quality, except for the screws and pads that I replaced with others because the heads of the screws were not deep enough for the screwdriver not to slip.

Pretty product and quality. Fast shipping. The only downside is that the delivery company insulted me because the building to deliver is at the end of an alley. I opened the gate for him to deliver at the bottom of the building, he insulted me claiming that he only delivered on the street (more than 100m away). For a very bulky package, he left the package without waiting for me and threatened to leave with it if I was not happy. To check the package in the presence of the delivery person as stated on your site is quite inconvenient!!! Service to be reviewed.
