Response from Pure Deco
Hello, After checking your order and reading your comment, we would like to make a correction as it turns out that your order was shipped three weeks after the announced deadline and not with a month and a half delay. We sincerely apologize for this manufacturing delay, coupled with the public holidays at the end of the year and the annual closure of our manufacturer. We hope to fully satisfy you during your next order.

Delay in delivering the product to the store. Once received, you had it sent express at your expense so that it would arrive on time for Christmas. Thank you again for this attention. Best regards.

I had absolutely no idea about Pure Deco which I discovered during my wanderings, and I was won over by the diversity of products and their quality. I contacted customer service for the availability of a product and they responded to me in less than an hour. Since then, I have added PURE DECO to my internet favorites because I have spotted other items for a future purchase.
