Response from Pure Deco
Madam, I am following up on your severe comment regarding our services. It turns out that you ordered a product that is indicated as available from early May. When you order from Pure Deco, the availability information is displayed on the product sheet, in your shopping cart, and is also included in the order confirmation email you receive, as the invoice is not intended to provide a delivery time. The product is expected to be in stock on May 3, so you will be delivered within the indicated time. We wish you a good reception of your order. Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

The delivery system needs to be reviewed (logistics): It is not possible to determine a precise delivery time. The cost for delivery to the door is excessive. The product meets expectations.

Response from Pure Deco
Sir, Concerned about the quality of our services, we have checked your order and I think you are mistaken with an order placed on another site. Indeed, we shipped your order of 2 shelves via Colissimo with a shipping cost of 6.90 euros for a package of 8 kilos. Hoping to have the pleasure of counting you among our customers again, Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

Impossible to say anything because the ordered parts are still not here. Choose another carrier than GEODIS for delivery of parts within 24 hours (paid 24 euros for delivery a month later)! ISO 9001 for Geodis is just a marketing label. No service or even attempt to find a solution when one is absent for 5 minutes (they don't even call: it's not in their obligations). In short, you are not to blame, but I think your choice of carrier should be more rigorous...

Response from Pure Deco
Hello, Following your comment, I confirm that we entrust our express deliveries to France Express, a Geodis group. Express deliveries are made within 24 hours and due to their nature, are made without an appointment. We sincerely regret that the delivery person came while you were absent, but France Express confirms that there is no obligation to call when recipients are absent. Hoping that your second delivery goes well and that you are completely satisfied with your order, Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service
