Customer reviews of Pure Deco

Fast delivery, product conforms.

very good service, and ultra-fast delivery

Order arrived quickly. Nothing to complain about.

No problem. Very good.

Good quality service. Delivery time respected. One of the two ordered products is of poor quality (delivered in kit form, one piece broken...). The other: good quality/price ratio.

Totally inadequate service: 1) the box arrived stained, completely soaked with strawberry syrup from another package, to the point that the original packaging could not be kept for return :-/ (but this is the least important point). 2) the mirrors, described in the contractual phrases as delivered "with screws and fittings", did not contain these items at all, but the mirrors were instead equipped on the back with huge and very thick glued pieces of wood (which were not stipulated anywhere!) and it was impossible to detach them to fix the mirrors flat against the wall as intended. 3) for informational purposes, my personal wish for research was a set of 2 to 6 square copper mirrors of 30 x 30 cm, (such as the company *** sold 30 years ago in the *** and the ***).

Very quick order processing and shipping.

Very good... excellent quality price ratio

Everything was OK for my order.

Well received.

No problem, everything went well.

Fast delivery, efficient service, and order conforms to the description.

Package delivered on time! Perfect!

I have already ordered from Pure Deco. Nothing to say about the quality of the website, the deadlines, and the store where I pick up my order. On this order, there was an error on your part regarding the color of the purchased item (sent chocolate instead of cyan but clearly marked cyan on the box!!) Therefore, I have to return to the store to exchange it.

The order form is too long. There is a bug in entering the billing and shipping address. However, the delivery tracking is great!

Available and attentive to customers.

Product conforms to the description and arrived on time.

Order conforms to my expectations, fast; I am happy!

Very good product and fast and careful, highly recommended.

Very good for the purchase, delivery, but the assembly sheet for the light fixture is very brief and hard to read, especially for the electrical assembly.

Very good service and information on order tracking and delivery (faster than expected).
