They sell defective products knowingly (twisted jewelry holder tesora). It's a shame about this dishonesty, however, they eventually refunded me.

Response from Pure Deco

Dear Aloïse Chipier, We were expecting thanks for our commercial gesture and here we are accused of dishonesty! You bought a product that is highly praised by our customer reviews, it would have been more honest of you to tell us that you no longer wanted this jewelry holder.
