We received our silver wooden tree with a broken branch; Was it during transport or before? It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and we noticed it once unwrapped. We decided to keep it thinking we could glue it to avoid return costs. But well.....bad image for a first order!

For my part, I think the customer service is very good, the only issue with this site is the price of the items.

from the moment the package was shipped I couldn't track it.. Is there a possibility to track it online like with registered mail for example? However, I remember asking for the drop-off at the bakery next to my house: address well mentioned, etc.... it was not respected; I had to go the next day....

I am very satisfied with my order although the product is a bit too expensive. I found the delivery times - 15 days - a bit long.

very beautiful products but relatively expensive. Moreover, no delivery to overseas territories, which is a shame.

Telephone efficiency and shipping in the best time gave us complete satisfaction, maybe it would be good to indicate on the website what is made in France or Europe, otherwise everything was perfect

I must admit I was surprised... and a bit disappointed to receive my package without a cover letter (thank you, welcome letter,...). That's the only thing, for the rest the delivery of the item was fast and I am satisfied with my product.
