Delivery made on time.

Very nice products, order fulfilled very quickly. A small downside for the return procedure which differs from usual procedures (agreement email with return slip to print as an attachment, which avoids having to return to the site) and is not very intuitive. I would recommend this store without any problem.

Packaging speed too excessive.

Despite a much longer delay than expected, Pure Deco managed this delay well by informing me and responding to all my requests. The product meets my expectations and arrived in good condition in careful packaging.

More responsiveness, slightly shorter deadlines, and a card or loyalty points because when you buy several items for €660 you expect a return from the seller as well. For the service, nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the products and originality.

Everything is perfect except the shipping costs to Belgium which cost half of the purchased item!

Purchase of a console for almost €700. Two damaged legs. IMPOSSIBLE to reach the store for days + no response to my email request. This is unacceptable!!!

Shipping costs to Belgium are quite discouraging (***) for small accessories. The packaging is done carefully but with too much bubble wrap (let's limit the amounts of plastic). Products seem to be of good quality (time will have to confirm this).

Very nice site easy order and very fast delivery.

I found the delivery time very long and ended up with an item (€269!!) that is absolutely not in accordance with what was ordered, radio silence despite calls and emails sent with photos.

Hello. Order delivered very quickly and the quality of the products is excellent. Just avoid sticking a Pure Deco label, about 6x4 cm on the back of the product that tears millimeter by millimeter when you want to remove it. Nothing more disappointing from a brand that seemed to pay attention to quality and its customers. Best regards.

The product can be returned, but it is not indicated that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless you read the general sales conditions...). The rug being a bulky item: return shipping costs are very high, especially after already being charged for shipping costs during the initial order! And it's up to the customer to figure out how to go through Colissimo or find a carrier. I will not order from this site again, which hints at exchange possibilities without specifying the costs that will be incurred for bulky items. And contrary to what the contacted customer service indicates, it has nothing to do with whether the product is on sale or not...

Nice products and delivery as expected

Delivery times are very fast and the product is very well packaged.

I was hoping for brighter colored placemats and thicker material. Delay of 1 to 2 weeks, it was 2 weeks but product well packaged, received in impeccable condition and I like it despite everything. I recommend this site.

Small downside as the largest mirror is chipped in one place and it seems irreversible! Otherwise no problem with the delivery.
