Pure Deco announced a timely delivery. It should have been perfect, but I still haven't received my package, which was supposed to be at my home 4 days ago!!! Apparently, it's more of a Colissimo problem, but the inconvenience remains the same. And their information was not reliable from the start anyway, and my disappointment is the same whether it's one or the other of the service providers that is at fault. For the price paid, I expected a minimum of quality. Very big disappointment upon unpacking the package. Paying for this vulgar piece of plastic ***€, I consider that as ***. Impossible to say anything because the ordered parts are still not here. Choose another carrier than GEODIS for delivery of parts within 24 hours (paid 24 euros for delivery a month later)! ISO 9001 for Geodis is just a marketing label. No service or even attempt to find a solution when one is absent for 5 minutes (they don't even call: it's not in their obligations). In short, you are not to blame, but I think your choice of carrier should be more rigorous...
