Fast and quality service even if the ordered product does not ultimately meet my expectations.

Very good product

Package sent quickly and without problems

Good

Very good products, efficiency of ordering and delivery

Hello, user-friendly and easy-to-use site. Order and delivery time very fast. Product arrived perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. For the price, I thought the painting would be mounted on a base and that a fixing system would be provided. Best regards.

Good product quality

The only downside relates to the customs fees that you do not indicate for deliveries outside of France. Generally, sales sites provide these fees (in your case, the shipping fees are given and one assumes that there are customs fees) and provide addresses of merchants in France where one can be delivered if one wants to avoid these fees. In my case, the customs fees amounted to practically a quarter of the price of my purchase which I would not have made this way if I had been informed. It seems to me that this way of doing things lacks transparency and is misleading. Perhaps it would be better to either refuse to deliver outside of France or take the trouble to provide complete information.

Good resolution of problems. Good products and good choice of brands

Good service. Just one point, at the beginning, no indication regarding the status of the order in the account (for example, "in preparation").

Hello, the delivery price is too high

receipt of my parcel very fast, well packaged and in accordance with the photo

I had ordered two items. One of the items was missing. I canceled the order for the other item because the shipping costs were higher than the price of the item. Pure Deco immediately proceeded with a full refund.

Fast delivery, and well-packaged parcel. Impeccable

A lot of choice by brand

Positive points: - Wide choice of products - €8 discount voucher upon signing up for the Newsletter very appreciated - Fast delivery, no waiting time - Perfect packaging and products, conforming to descriptions - Good customer follow-up Negative points: - Website a bit cluttered, too much classification of products, too many subcategories, too messy, no possibility to display all products on one page (time-saving)

Very user-friendly website. However, information on order tracking needs to be reviewed as the order was placed on January 13 and no info since.

everything was great, the speed, the tracking, the simplicity, except for one thing: the dimensions of the shelf were correct but it still didn't fit because the bending of the metal meant that its true dimension had to be taken diagonally (62cm instead of 60). We had to move about 380 books and a hundred CDs to move 2 huge shelves. But the shelf is very beautiful......!!!

Fast delivery and suitable packaging

Very fast delivery! Original products and the one I received is of good quality.

Very good transaction.

I really like your products, especially the original and robust fairy lights, keep offering beautiful products, happy holidays. ***

Very good follow-up from customer service and responsiveness.

Fast delivery, compliant products, and careful packaging. Nothing to complain about!

A very good service, fast shipping, but unfortunately defective packaging that delayed the delivery! Fortunately, the product was very solid and resistant even though feathers are generally considered very delicate!

Everything went very well: no issues with the order, and delivery within 48 hours. Very good.

A lack in the ordering procedure: no information on tracking (order departure date, package tracking number...) which means that once you have paid, you know nothing about the approximate time of receipt.

Naively I expected a somewhat artisanal product... but it's made in China... Like those found everywhere!!

Speed in shipping quality products and in accordance with the 'catalog'

the packaging was a bit too light for such an item, it arrived torn but everything inside was intact.

the package was way too big for the product. This package arrived damaged but the inside was not harmed.

I contacted customer service before ordering to know the availability of the product (in this case a dining table). I was assured that the product would be available within 15 days. I then placed the order but received an email 2 days later announcing a delivery delay of more than two months! Contacted again, customer service, which does not seem to understand the utility and necessity of a table in daily life, refused any commercial gesture for this significant inconvenience.

very beautiful product but the base is not easy to set up

Item as described. Fast delivery.

A bit expensive but product quality and delivery times are met

very good site. choice available
