Avoid. The purchase has still not arrived, while they say it has. They are thieves.

Response from Pure Deco
Hello, We understand your dissatisfaction as your package unfortunately did not arrive on time and we regret it. Your order has been shipped, the package has been weighed, scanned by Colissimo and delivered. Isn't the term thieves inappropriate? Best regards, The Pure Deco team

Processing and shipping of the order was perfect. Received on the expected date. Too bad the site is a bit outdated, it doesn't particularly encourage discovering other products.

Very expensive express payment that was useless. Ordered on Friday and received the following Thursday. The delivery person did not come to present the package on Tuesday, left it without us knowing, no email, no SMS, no phone call to a parcel relay of which we were unaware. We learned by writing and then calling the Pure Deco headquarters that the package was there. We would never have known. Shameful business practices.

Response from Pure Deco
Dear Mrs. Weill, We are astonished by your comment! Why thank us by email and then dare to write that our business practices are shameful? The term is strong, we responded to your emails and calls to handle your requests as quickly as possible. We work with kindness and are not responsible for the errors of the carriers, as you have so well written to us by email. As a commercial gesture, we made a move and you wrote to us that you appreciated it. Best regards, the Pure Deco team
