I found the delivery time very long and ended up with an item (€269!!) that is absolutely not in accordance with what was ordered, radio silence despite calls and emails sent with photos.

Response from Pure Deco

Dear Amandine, We are very surprised by your severe comment as you had a long phone conversation with one of our advisors. The rug you purchased is indeed in accordance with your order, and we regret that the colors do not suit you. If this rug does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it. Best regards,

M

I have always had very pleasant people online. The delivery was made as announced. The only problem is that my Colissimo was left in front of my door while I was absent. It could have been opened or taken by anyone, and moreover, I could not check the state and content of the package.
