I had to call several times before reaching someone on the line. But I was welcomed by a very friendly lady who gave me the right information. I am satisfied with our exchange.

Delivery time longer than expected. I received the information following a phone call from me. You should keep the customer informed of this delivery delay. Other than that, everything was fine.

I was hoping for brighter colored placemats and thicker material. Delay of 1 to 2 weeks, it was 2 weeks but product well packaged, received in impeccable condition and I like it despite everything. I recommend this site.

Very fast delivery, beautiful products with quality materials. Too bad one of them was poorly assembled and we had to fix it properly. A good purchase!

- large selection of very good quality products, at a high price but still reasonable - too bad the delivery is so slow, especially when it comes to a single product (out of stock, and whose availability on time is uncertain), which blocks the rest of the order!

No problem, the product was delivered on time. Small issue with the price display which was indicated as VAT included on the product page but was actually VAT excluded.

Despite receiving a damaged product and some necessary email exchanges, we obtained a new product in good condition. The fact of keeping the damaged product as compensation is appreciated as the second jewelry box arrived after Christmas. Thank you for this gesture and I understand the delays during this holiday season.
