I had absolutely no idea about Pure Deco which I discovered during my wanderings, and I was won over by the diversity of products and their quality. I contacted customer service for the availability of a product and they responded to me in less than an hour. Good choice of products but too bad the shipping costs are so high! A cheaper option at a relay point would be desirable... Moreover, the shipment was particularly long: ordered on 03/12, I was only confirmed the handling on 10/12 - package received on 12/12 Regarding the product, it will be given next week so I have not yet been able to check the quality.

Hello, After reading your comment, I confirm that the shipping costs are a flat fee of 6.90 euros regardless of the amount and weight of your orders. As for the delay, I am very surprised by your comment because you chose a product that was indicated to be available within 2 weeks and your order was shipped much earlier, precisely one week after your order.
