Beautiful suspension but very unfortunate that the safety sticker is placed on the visible part of the brass because once removed, the sticker takes off with a slight layer of brass and leaves behind glue that is impossible to clean. For a suspension of this size, the mark is quite visible. Moreover, there are a few slight imperfections on the brass, but I think that depends on the batch this time. In short, a bit expensive due to these 2 defects.

The delivery took a little longer than expected but the shelves arrived in perfect condition. However, the quality of the fixing screws was a bit disappointing: the head of two of them detached while they had not finished their course and we could not remove them from the plug and replace them.

Pretty product and quality. Fast shipping. The only downside is that the delivery company insulted me because the building to deliver is at the end of an alley. I opened the gate for him to deliver at the bottom of the building, he insulted me claiming that he only delivered on the street (more than 100m away). For a very bulky package, he left the package without waiting for me and threatened to leave with it if I was not happy. To check the package in the presence of the delivery person as stated on your site is quite inconvenient!!! Service to be reviewed.

Good choice of products but too bad the shipping costs are so high! A cheaper option at a relay point would be desirable... Moreover, the shipment was particularly long: ordered on 03/12, I was only confirmed the handling on 10/12 - package received on 12/12 Regarding the product, it will be given next week so I have not yet been able to check the quality.

I would have liked to be better informed about the delivery date. I did receive an email but a few days before delivery while the order was placed more than 15 days before. Adapt the packaging to the product... I received an enormous box for ultimately a foldable rug with a plastic support that was not fragile, it could have been packaged differently to limit waste upon unpacking. (container) However, it was neat, little pink paper -> cute :-)
