The products are of quality and in accordance with what was presented on the website. The selling price was very good. I was contacted by customer service who informed me that the product they received was a bit damaged and that they would send me another one. I found this attitude very commercial. Thank you!

Excellent contact with customer service. Very accommodating. However, I had a small issue with my order that did not match the description in every way, they immediately offered a return at their expense and a refund. I'm still thinking about it.....

It is regrettable not to be precise about the delivery time: from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm is a time frame that is far too wide....

Order placed on Tuesday, July 10. Delivery commitment within 48 hours. Still nothing by Monday, July 16. Had to call. Result: package finally delivered on Tuesday, July 17, seven days after the order. Delivery commitment not met.

Response from Pure Deco
Hello, In response to your comment, we would like to provide important clarification: - your order was placed on 10/07 at 8 PM so you could not receive it on the 12th with standard delivery - it was shipped on 11/07 although it consists of a discounted item - you should indeed have received it on Friday the 13th - Saturday the 14th being a holiday, delivery was made on Monday the 16th. In the end, there is only one day of delay on the part of the carrier, we are sorry and we ask you to please excuse us. We hope to have the pleasure of fully satisfying you during your next order. Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

Efficient, quite fast. Perhaps a personalized response is missing so that the service feels less automated.

Fast delivery thank you. Too bad I couldn't get the number I needed. There were only 2 pieces left and I needed 10. I have to place another order and pay the shipping fees again. Risking not having the necessary number again.

Buying online is very simple and the delivery is very fast. I am happy to have found the products I was looking for, however the quality of one of them is not as expected, I am waiting for news from the site to confirm that I will get an exchange.
