The price of the suspended light is high compared to the quality. The lamp is white and the suspension wire is black! The finishes are poorly suited for a suspension. In the end, it holds thanks to the electric wire which risks being cut due to its finishes that are not finishes. Not very reassuring... The seller should finish their product correctly.

Being abroad, I had requested delivery to a third party but I was able to see very good information about the progress of the shipment on my phone and by email. The delivery was made as planned and in very good condition.

Very nice suspension, but the attachment system *** is clearly insufficient for the weight of the suspension (5 kg). This fixing was not photographed on the site. I had to buy a much larger and sturdier fixing. The price being already quite high, the suspension should be provided with an adequate fixing and not a very low-quality plastic thing.

Very good. However, little information on the delivery date and tracking after the order. In any case, I will use the online store while waiting for the seller at the store in Toulouse to be more friendly, motivated, and competent. If I ordered online, it's to avoid dealing with him. I live a few km from the store.

Hello, we are disappointed with the product we purchased, as we just installed them and the bulbs are all scratched. So it looks much worse.

Response from Pure Deco
Hello, I am carefully noting your comment. We are very surprised because the filament bulbs you ordered are very popular. We could have considered an exchange if you had shared this comment with our customer service, but we have no information from you. Furthermore, I see that your order dates back to early November 2014 and your comment is from January 30, 2015, which does not allow us to proceed with an exchange. In the future, we recommend that you contact our customer service upon delivery of your orders because, concerned about your satisfaction, we always try to find a solution. Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

I like the choice of items offered, the site is very pleasant, items shipped and delivered quickly; the packaging is very careful; I would maybe like more details on the description of the items, more photos reflecting the material, the exact color, the volume...

1 / Probably lack of controls (e.g. by sampling) of the product: - Indications on the packaging (pure white) not compliant with the content (blue light); - Wire connection (very thin) / transformer (heavy): breakage during use. 2 / Relatively high flat-rate delivery charges for a modest purchase amount (17.5%). I expect a mail order purchase price to be as close as possible to a local retail distribution. 3 / Good information conditions on order preparation and delivery. The product is an electric garland from the Blachère brand, made in China.

Response from Pure Deco
Hello, Indeed, the model you ordered has an option. You chose to order the option '1 placemat 51 x 36 cm', this option being different from the choice of 3 mini sets. Indeed, our photo presents the large placemat as well as the small ones. We thank you for your comment and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. Best regards, Your Customer Service

The site does not contain enough descriptive information about the products, poorly organized, not enough photos of the items in context. The carrier was supposed to come today, 21/11/14. I waited at home all day since 8 AM this morning. It is 6 PM and he still hasn't come while the delivery hours end at 5:30 PM. Already the fact of not offering a time slot is not practical (who stays at home without moving from 8 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays?). A fool like me. So waiting for nothing is infuriating!
