It is just a pity that you have to block a day for delivery: delivery time slot: 8am/5:30pm!

Order processed and received quickly. Difficulties in placing the order (had to enter my email address and password multiple times and reconstruct the shopping cart several times).

I was very pleasantly surprised by the possibility of ordering without creating a permanent customer account, then by the speed of delivery, and finally by the quality of the packaging allowing the arrival of a fragile product in excellent condition. As for the product itself, I had no doubt about its quality, and I was not disappointed at all! I will gladly recommend your site in the future!

I received the wrong product (cloud lamp instead of moon). I sent an email and did not get a response.

Response from Pure Deco
Hello Madam, After verification, your email was indeed processed the same day and the replacement product has been shipped to you. Upon reading your severe comment, my colleague from customer service called you to verify that you had indeed received our email, which you confirmed to her.
